A Conversation on Multiculturalism and the Rule of Law

Event Overview

The war between Israel and Hamas has revealed the gaping tear in Britain’s social fabric, the failure of multiculturalism, disintegrating social cohesion, the loss of shared values, and the repudiation of British history. The British people have seen pro-Palestinian protesters displaying swastikas on London’s streets, monuments of national remembrance desecrated, and the Metropolitan police inconsistently applying the law.

Many Britons are understandably in a state of despair and want to know: What is going on, how did we get here, and where are we going? Most of all, what can be done?

To answer those questions, Common Sense Society (CSS) staff, faculty, and scholars held a virtual briefing on Thursday 7 December at 2:00 P.M. ET (7:00 P.M. GMT). We were joined by Radcliffe Chambers barrister Mr. Steven Barrett and The Post Millennial editor-at-large Mr. Andy Ngo.

The discussion was moderated by CSS–UK director and political commentator Ms. Emma Webb, immediately followed by Q&A with questions from CSS members and alumni.
