Operations Manager

CSS is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the full-time position of Operations Manager. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of CSS’s daily operations. This includes managing event and program operations, maintaining vendor relationships, overseeing all office operations, promoting a positive team culture and work environment, and offering support for a variety of operational tasks, events, and projects on a daily and weekly basis, both within and outside the organization. In addition, the Operations Manager will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer to design and implement systems aimed at improving the quality and efficiency of CSS’s work, contributing to the organization’s growth and expansion. The Operations Manager will be based in the Washington, D.C. metro area and will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
