The Britannia Fellowship is a six-day-long intensive seminar series that explores the foundational principles of European culture and a free society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Intended for recent graduates, graduate students, and young professionals from the United Kingdom, Europe, and North America who have demonstrated achievement in their profession or field of study, the Britannia Fellowship focuses on grounding future leaders in the early stages of their academic and professional development in the ideals of responsible liberty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the program, fellows will explore topics such as civic engagement, first principles of liberty, constitutionalism, the nature of human rights, economics, free enterprise, voluntary exchange, foreign policy, architecture, art, green philosophy, conservation, leadership virtues, and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Christopher Bedford<\/strong> is a founding partner of RightForge and a senior editor at The Federalist<\/em>. He serves as the vice chairman of Young Americans for Freedom, and on the boards of The Daily Caller News Foundation and the National Journalism Center. He’s the author of The Art of the Donald<\/em>, and his work has been featured in The American Mind<\/em>, National Review<\/em>, the New York Post<\/em>, and The Daily Caller<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Robert Bork III<\/strong> is an M.Phil. candidate in history at the University of Oxford, St. Hugh\u2019s College where his research focuses on Adam Smith, political economy, and intellectual history. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia where he studied in the political philosophy, policy, and law program.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Benedykt Dzi\u0119cielski <\/strong>currently works at the Ministry of State Assets of the Republic of Poland and as an analyst at the Solidarity Transport Hub Poland. He graduated from the European Politics and Society Vaclav Havel Joint Master Program\u2014Erasmus Mundus in 2021 and from the international management program at Jagiellonian University in Cracow in 2019. Benedykt was also selected to take part in the E.U.-U.S. Young Leaders Seminar in April 2022, organized by the U.S.\u2019s German Marshall Fund.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Jake Greenspan<\/strong> is co-founder and C.E.O. of Skolay, a N.Y.C.-based tech company which connects writers and readers for one-on-one conversations. He received a Fulbright scholarship to Greece, worked at the Tikvah Fund, and wrote about the aims and limits of liberal learning. He holds an A.B. in fundamentals from the University of Chicago.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Ms. Gabriella Hsu<\/strong> is a program coordinator at the American Council of Trustees and Alumni and co-manages the What Will They Learn? annual research project, assessing curricular trends, overseeing the internship program, and providing curricular improvement support to college administrators. She earned her B.A. at Thomas Aquinas College and studied at the John Jay Institute as a fellow in 2021.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Ms. Reema Jadeja-Reed,<\/strong> FRSA<\/strong> is a fellow at the University College London’s Institute for Strategy, Resilience, and Security, a founding team member and executive producer at Sofar Sounds, and a co-founder and deputy director of The Pericles Foundation. She is a fellow at the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures, and Commerce and a life member of the Indian National Trust for Art and Cultural Heritage. She has been a journalist at Rolling Stone Magazine<\/em> and editor and producer at the MOBO Awards.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Wesley Jefferies<\/strong> is a graduate student at Georgetown University\u2019s Walsh School of Foreign Service where he concentrates on international security. He has served as a research assistant to Peter Bergen and David Kilcullen, and before that was a private tutor for the Saudi royal family. Wesley has been published in The National Interest<\/em> and The American Conservative<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Devon Kurtz<\/strong> manages public safety and criminal justice policy at the Cicero Institute. He also advises Social Profit Corrections and mentors men in Vermont’s correctional system. His writing has been featured in The Wall Street Journal<\/em>, The Hill<\/em>, City Journal<\/em>, and The Boston Herald<\/em>. He graduated summa cum laude<\/em> and Phi Beta Kappa with a B.A. in classics from Dartmouth College.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Ely Lassman<\/strong> is a British-Israeli IDF veteran currently studying economics at the University of Bristol. His interest in the liberty movement led him to found the UoB Liberty Society in 2021, where he currently serves as president. He is also a Don Lavoie Fellow at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University and a policy fellow at the Pinsker Centre.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Scott Newman<\/strong> is an associate editor at Quillette<\/em>. He also hosts and produces 27 Rouge,<\/em> an art-focused podcast. A cultural critic with a focus on literature, film, and history, his writing has appeared in Quillette<\/em>, Areo<\/em>, Penthouse<\/em>, and The Spectator<\/em>. He graduated with a degree in history from Princeton University and currently resides in Sydney, Australia.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Olufemi Ogunjobi<\/strong> is the career guidance and mentorship manager of the Prometheus Fellowship Program at Students For Liberty. He has a B.A. in communication language arts from Obafemi Awolowo University in Nigeria and completed an executive program in nonprofit leadership and think tank management from Pan Atlantic University in Nigeria. He is a commentator with Young Voices and recently completed an executive education program in media, communications, and public policy at King’s College, London.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Paul Shakeshaft<\/strong> is a development officer at the Manhattan Institute and a research fellow at the Davenant Institute. He holds a B.A. from Elmhurst College, an M.A. in philosophy from the University of Buckingham, and a J.D. from Regent University Law School. He has been published in The American Conservative<\/em>, The Federalist<\/em>, and Providence Magazine<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Ferenc Sullivan<\/strong> is an international relations analyst. He graduated from Corvinus University of Budapest, Hungary and currently works at the Youth Research Institute. He previously worked for the R\u00e1k\u00f3czi Association, the Friends of Hungary Foundation, and N\u00e9z\u0151pont Institute. His chief areas of interest include Central European politics, history, ethnography, U.S. politics, and global security policy. His translations have appeared in the Hungarian political and cultural quarterly Komment\u00e1r<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Jeroen van Dijk<\/strong> is a freelance historian with a special interest in geopolitics. He received his B.A. in history from the University of Utrecht and an M.A. in international relations from Leiden University. While learning Russian in Kyiv, he developed a special interest in Ukraine, and now works as executive secretary for the foundation Opendoorukraine.nl.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Floris Wagenaar<\/strong> received a B.A. in political science from Leiden University, a B.A. in human geography from Utrecht University, and an M.A. in strategic human resource management from Utrecht University. He was the general secretary of the European Christian Political Youth from 2017 to 2020, worked as a company secretary for two healthcare providers from 2020 to 2022, and currently works as a consultant.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
