Emily Soper is director of communications at Common Sense Society, overseeing digital content, traditional press, and special projects. She previously worked in website management, email marketing, social media, and traditional press outreach at the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation, the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, and Heritage Action for America. She received her B.A. in international studies from Baylor University, and studied human rights and East Asian political affairs at Yonsei University in South Korea and American University in Washington, D.C.
